2. Personal Data Protection
In compliance with Argentine Law No. 25.326 on Personal Data Protection and its regulations, Quarum Experience informs that personal data collected via the website, social media, reservation forms, or other means are used exclusively to provide information, manage bookings, carry out commercial operations, and improve service quality.
Information may be shared with tourism service providers, operators, insurance companies, global distribution systems (GDS), governmental bodies, strategic partners, and third parties involved in the execution of the service, always within the framework of the contracted trip and with your consent.

3. Website Use and Intellectual Property
All content available on the Quarum Experience website—including text, images, logos, graphics, trademarks, structure, and design—is protected by intellectual and industrial property laws in accordance with Law No. 11.723 and other applicable regulations.
Reproduction, modification, transmission, publication, or any other unauthorized use is prohibited without express written consent from Quarum Experience.
4. Liability
Quarum Experience acts as an intermediary between travelers and various service providers included in the trip (hotels, airlines, carriers, guides, tours, insurance, among others).
Quarum Experience’s liability will be determined according to Law No. 18.829, its Regulatory Decree 2182/72, Law No. 24.240 on Consumer Protection, and the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation.
Quarum Experience shall not be liable for force majeure or unforeseen events, nor for actions attributable to third-party providers. Any damage to persons or belongings suffered by travelers during the trip is the sole responsibility of the providers actually delivering the service.
5. Travel Documentation
It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to have the personal and immigration documentation required by the authorities to enter, stay, or transit through travel destinations. This includes passports, visas, authorizations for minors, vaccination certificates, or other health documents.
Quarum Experience assumes no responsibility if a traveler is unable to travel due to lack of proper documentation or due to its condition.
6. Minors
Minors traveling must present the appropriate documentation:
• If traveling with both parents: ID and birth certificate.
• If traveling alone or with only one parent: notarized authorization from the legal guardians, legalized by a notary public and the Notarial Association.

All documentation must be valid and in good condition at the time of travel.
7. Links to Third-Party Sites
The Quarum Experience website may contain links to websites managed by third parties. Access to such websites is the user's responsibility. Quarum Experience does not guarantee and is not responsible for the legality, accuracy, content, or privacy policies of those external sites.
8. Information Security
Quarum Experience implements technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction.
However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed. If passwords are used, users are responsible for keeping them confidential and logging out correctly, especially when using shared devices.
9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
Any dispute arising from the interpretation or fulfillment of these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
